Email allowlist

Private demo and dogfood access is controlled by email allowlist membership and role.

How allowlisting works

Private hosts only issue magic links to emails present on the allowlist with a role. Unknown emails should fail closed without enumerating other users. Default invite role on demo is often evaluator; admins are granted explicitly.

Get access

Request an invite from the host owner through the agreed channel (for example Discord for the competition demo). Provide the email you will use to sign in. After the allowlist row exists, use /login normally.

  1. Send your email and needed role to the host operator.
  2. Wait for confirmation that the allowlist entry exists.
  3. Open /login and request a magic link.
  4. Complete the link and confirm your role chrome.

Role changes

If your role is upgraded to admin, request a fresh magic link so the session picks up new authorizations. Old sessions may not reflect mid-session role edits depending on implementation timing.
