Publish wiki-style resources for speakers (draft → publish → portal Library).
Where resources live
Open Admin → Resources. Create a page, edit content, publish when ready. Speakers see published pages under the portal Library tab.
Demo seed
Dogfood may include starter seed resources for judges. Prefer publishing at least one resource before a walkthrough so the portal Library is not empty.
