File requests library for speaker uploads

Publish asks for speaker uploads (slides, PDFs) and track fulfillments from admin.

Where file requests live

Open Admin → File requests (operator). Create a request, publish it, and speakers see it under the portal File requests tab. Fulfillments show on the admin request once a speaker uploads.

Speaker flow

Accepted speakers open the portal, open File requests, and upload against each published ask. Incomplete asks surface on readiness when configured.
